CHAMBRAY SHIRTS ARE "IN DA CLUB"

Due to the success of The Great Gatsby, the club collar get's more attention then ever. You will look
good in a poplin or oxford, but you will look dapper in a chambray or denim shirt with a club collar.
Wear it with a knitted tie and you are ready for Pitti Uomo, wear with a paisley scarf and you look great for Bread & Butter. See you there!

BIKES ON FLORIDA SANDS - DAYTONA 1948

For years, since the start in 1937 until the early 60's, the prestigious Daytona 200 motorcycle race was run on Daytona Beach instead of the Daytona Race track.
The 1948 event was covered by Life magazine and reported that 155 motorcycles started and only 45 finished. Wining rider, Floyd Emde, averaged 84 mph got $2000,--. He won with a thin margin of 12 seconds. 1948 was the first time a rider led the race from flag to flag, and it was the last time an Indian Motorcycle won the 200. It's a great story but for me it's the pictures who speak.

GANT RUGGER - JE SUIS AMERICAINE

The GANT Rugger Pre Fall 13 adds some military touches to your wardrobe. In this case a friendly version, look at the camo print made of penguins. My personal favo is the flight jacket with blanket lining.

SANBORN CANOE CO., WINONA MINNISOTA

Sanborn Canoe Company started as a summer hobby by a few friends from Winona, Minnesota, a small cozy town near lake Onalaska. They started making paddles from a how-to book and soon the garage was packed with paddles. People noticed. The hobby became a business. Sanborn paddles are crafted from ash, cherry and western red and white cedar, finished for durability; available in sizes, weight, and shaft styles for every manner of canoe-er, and custom painted for those who want to stand out. Use them on the water, or mount them on the wall.
